Get in shape fast with SV Dragons’ virtual tabata session!
The SV Dragons will be conducting their weekly virtual tabata session for all SVs wanting to get in shape on Wednesday 17 August. Enjoy 30 minutes of workout, tabata-style to get the heart rate pumping and your body feeling great. This can be done at home and apart from being able to log into Zoom, no special equipment is required.
What is Tabata?
Tabata is an interval training method that breaks down activity into clearly defined intervals. Typically, each exercise is done 20s of intense workout followed by 10s of rest. Eight exercises form a 4 minute round in Tabata.
