Special Programme - Remembrance Day Hike
Please note this Sunday is Remembrance Day Sunday and there are two events taking place - the SV Trailblazers Rembrance Day Hike and a separate Remembrance Day Service at Kranji. Due to logistics, it is not possible to attend both so SV will need to decide which one to atttend. The SV Trailblazers will be starting the day at 06.00 with a hike that follows the Bird Watchers route which takes hikers along the Kranji Beach memorial. At the end of the hike, at approximately 08.30, the SV Trailblazers will arrange transport to the Kranji War Memorial for a separate observance with wreath laying and a Minute’s Silence. All hikers attending the SV Trailblazers observance will be required to wear their Steadfast and Vigilant T-shirts (do not wear this on the hike as the T-shirt should be presentable for the observance).
SV Trailblazers @ Remembrance Day Sunday 2021
Please decide which event you will be attending as you will not be able to attend both. The reason for this is that the SV Trailblazers want to mark their respects as hikers on Remembrance Day. However, the Organising Group has decided that turning up to the Remembrance Day Service in sweaty hiking gear is inappropriate and thus we will mark our observance at the Kranji Memorial after the main service.

Start and End Point: Kranji Park Car Park A (hikers attending the observance can leave from Kranji War Memorial or alternatively be dropped back at Kranji Park Car Park A).
